Viewpointe To Bring Together Payments Experts And Thought Leaders For Roundtable Series
Unique Program Focuses on Opportunities, Challenges Facing Third-Party Senders
Viewpointe, trusted provider of electronic content management and exchange services, announced recently that it will be holding its second annual Third-Party Sender Roundtable Leadership event, Balancing Innovation with Regulation, on August 17, 2012, at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. The forum focuses on the unique needs and concerns of third-party senders, including such topics as ACH Rules, NACHA requests for comment and the relationships among third-party senders, their originating customers and financial institutions. Details of the program will be announced in the coming months.
Viewpointe developed the Third-Party Senders program in response to the ever-increasing regulatory and compliance requirements imposed on third-party payments processors and their financial institutions. Third-Party Senders, financial institutions and other industry players meet on a regular basis to discuss and develop solutions to address rules, regulation and risk management, while identifying and formalizing best practices to benefit the entire network.
“We continually seek to benefit our customers and members by providing tailored services and a voice in the industry, and the Roundtable is one such initiative that aids Third-Party Senders while benefitting the overall payments market,” said Karroll Searcy, director of Viewpointe association services.
The Third-Party Sender Roundtable is part of Viewpointe’s Affiliated Participant Program, providing payments-related products and services to organizations that are not financial institutions. It is facilitated through the payments association services arm of Viewpointe Clearing, Settlement & Association Services (VPCS&AS). The program provides Third-Party Senders with a targeted set of member benefits, including customized Automated Clearing House (ACH) compliance audits, and the Third-Party Sender Roundtable, with its monthly calls and workgroups.
