Pains Related To Business Forms

Paper forms, if you're still using them, are a pain to manage. You're constantly shuffling through each page trying to find the correct one, stacking them up in the trash can, or trying to prevent them from being tossed around in your car. On top of that, writing can often be illegible, and having to complete multiple forms is tedious and time consuming.

We're seeing more companies making the switch to electronic forms to help address these issues, but with that transition also come a different set of challenges, especially for those working in the field. How do you know you have the most recent version of the form? Are you able to obtain a signature? What do you do once the form is completed? How do you group files so you don't have numerous individual files?
