Acquisition to Enhance Enterprise Content Management Business Practice

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) recently announced that it has acquired AMS Imaging, New England’s premier enterprise content management solution provider, to support and further expand the company’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) business practice growth strategy.

As part of the acquisition agreement, AMS Imaging will become part of Konica Minolta’s ECM business practice and market under the name Konica Minolta. The primary office location in Warwick, RI will continue to support the New England, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut markets, as well as house the company’s management and administrative staff.
