Kodak Alaris Purchases Service Business From Eastman Park Micrographics in Asia, Europe And Latin America

Sale to Kodak Alaris expands Document Imaging services and solutions provider’s global footprint

Kodak Alaris announced recently that, effective April 30, 2014, it has purchased the micrographics service business of Eastman Park Micrographics (EPM) in Europe, Asia and Latin America.Under a previous agreement,Kodak Alarishad provided service on behalf of EPM. After this purchase, Kodak Alariswill now directly serve micrographics channel partners and customers to provide technical services and support in these geographic regions.
