Eaton County Register Of Deeds Adopts Simplifile E-Recording

Eaton County, Mich., has started electronically recording documents through Simplifile, the nation’s largest e-recording service provider, providing a faster, more cost-effective recording option for customers.

Eaton County, MI (PRWEB) - Eaton County’s register of deeds has implemented electronic recording (e-recording) of documents through Simplifile, the nation’s largest e-recording service, giving customers a cost-effective, online recording option.

Using Simplifile’s secure, web-based service, customers ranging from title companies to banks, attorneys, and lien filers, have the ability to scan or upload and submit documents directly to the register of deeds’ office and have them recorded, stamped, and returned electronically in minutes.
