DataServ Expands Staff With New Additions To Solution Delivery, Client Success, And Digital Mailroom Teams

DataServ, a global Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise content management (ECM) provider of document and process automation solutions, is broadening its staff with the addition of four professionals to their Solution Delivery, Client Success, and Digital Mailroom teams.

St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) - DataServ, a global Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise content management (ECM) provider of document and process automation solutions, is broadening its staff with the addition of four professionals to their Solution Delivery, Client Success, and Digital Mailroom teams.

Todd Suda brings 20 years of project management experience to DataServ’s Client Success team as a Senior Initialization Success Manager, a role that will see him collect, coordinate and manage client communications during new client initializations as well as document and assist with client change management and rollout plans. Suda began his career in the United States Air Force as an Airborne System Administrator and had subsequent stints at Sprint, SRA International Inc. (National Archives), G&B Solutions Inc. (Department of the Interior), Jacobs Engineering (Army Future Combat Systems), Daugherty Business Solutions (Express Scripts), Clarus Technology (Monsanto) and Technology Partners. He earned his MBA from Rockhurst University in 2004.

Christopher George joins DataServ’s Solution Delivery team from The LaunchCode Foundation, the nationally renowned, St. Louis-based non-profit organization that creates entry-level technology apprenticeships. George is DataServ’s newest Document Solution Specialist, a position that supports DataServ’s performance of important client document processing and instant accessibility through SaaS platform projects. George holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri St. Louis and a bachelor’s in Finance and Economics from Saint Louis University.

Mike Sonnenberg and Timothy McDougald have been added to support roles in the DataServ Digital Mailroom, which combines optical character recognition (OCR) software with a five-step quality assurance review to routinely provide clients with over 99 percent clean invoice data. Sonnenberg spent 20 years as an IT Systems Manager for the Asphalt Institute in Lexington, KY before moving to St. Louis last year, and McDougald has more than 10 years of document imaging and customer service experience.
