A2iA, the world-leader of handwritten and machine printed recognition, information extraction and document classification, and IQ Outsourcing S.A. (iQ), the leading BPO in Colombia, announce the integration of A2iA CheckReader™, for processing checks and deposit slips.

iQ, which processes more than 50% of the country's checks, needed a technology to accelerate processing and reduce the costs of manual data capture; A2iA CheckReader was the technology of choice. iQ has integrated A2iA CheckReader into its three main processing centers: Bogota, Cali and Medellin, to automatically recognize the values of all the scanned checks and deposit slips.
