Worldwide software provider Cincom Systems announces that WPS Health Insurance, one of Wisconsin's largest health insurers (www.wpsic.com), has successfully implemented Cincom Eloquence (www.cincom.com/cds) document automation software and is now realizing significant improvements in the speed, quality and relevancy of correspondence to its over nine million customers.

Now with Cincom Eloquence, WPS' business users leverage the familiar features, content-editing, and formatting capabilities of embedded Microsoft Word to quickly develop, test and preview document models directly within the design environment with minimal IT involvement.

WPS' customer service representatives now have ‘point-and-click' access to a central repository of pre-approved document templates developed with pre-configured workflows that easily guide the assembly and generation of claims-related correspondence in real time. "Having real-time, interactive generation capability at the point of need has helped us improve the relevancy of our claims correspondence while increasing productivity," added Prey.
