"The ECM world is maturing," Murphy says. "I think the technology's getting better. I was at a conference recently where the ICR vendors kind of admitted from a pure character recognition rate, technology hasn't improved much. However, from an intelligence point of view they've gone a long way, using various technologies in conjunction with one another."
