San Juan Regional Medical Center Selects Perceptive Software Enterprise Document Management And eFor

Perceptive Software, creator of enterprise content management (ECM) software – including ImageNow document management, imaging and workflow technology – announces that San Juan Regional Medical Center will use Perceptive Software's ECM solutions in several key back-office departments. Processes San Juan Regional Medical Center expects to enhance include those within accounts payable, human resource/ payroll, supply chain and patient financial services.
ImageNow will provide seamless integration with MEDITECH, enabling San Juan Regional Medical Center staff immediate single-click access to scanned or imported documents related to the appropriate MEDITECH record. Perceptive Software eForm technology will enable the hospital to replace paper forms (such as purchase requests) with actionable, context-relevant electronic forms. ImageNow will also streamline and automate workflows that are currently handled manually by hospital employees, leading to better system-wide efficiencies.
