"What if" has long been the rallying call in mail processing and document imaging. What if we could image the contents of the mail in the mail room? What if we could then send the mail electronically to the proper recipients? What if we could do it without the additional steps necessary to prep the mail for scanning? What if we could do it on one machine with one operator? Oh, and while, we're dreaming, what if we could have a high level of confidence in the transaction integrity?
