PNMsoft, the multi-national specialist in workflow process software, recently announces its selection as a '2009 Microsoft Worldwide Partner of the Year Awards' finalist in the SOA and Business Process category, in recognition of its BPM business process management application, SEQUENCE.

One of the key projects supported by PNMsoft - and considered by the Microsoft judges as part of their decision-making process - was the world's premier travel platform, delivered by the international corporate travel services provider HRG (Hogg Robinson Group Plc). The Universal Super Platform is a Microsoft based BPM and SOA application that won the travel industry award in 2009.

The Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference Awards recognise Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based services over the past year. Awards will be presented in a number of categories, with winners chosen from a pool of nearly 2,000 entrants worldwide.

The SOA and Business Process Partner of the Year award recognises systems integrators, service providers, and software developers who concentrate on service-oriented architectures (SOAs), enterprise application integration (EAI), business-to-business (B2B) application integration, business process management (BPM) and adapter development using BizTalk Server.

Other technologies may be included, such as Office SharePoint Server, Windows Communications Foundation and Windows Workflow Foundation.

Winning submissions demonstrate significant quantifiable business value for their customers by using Microsoft technologies. To be eligible for this award, a business must be active in the SOA and Business Process competency and profile its nominated projects in the Partner Solution Profiler.
