With competition increasing and profit margins squeezed, clients need to find an effective way with which to cut processing times and costs, increase quality and efficiency, while differentiating themselves from competitors, old and new. They already identified the dramatic improvements that could be gained from automated data capture technology but they needed a solution that could provide not only the robustness, scalability, security and auditability that this market demands but also the flexibility to cope with processing volumes that varied significantly on a monthly basis. They needed a solution that integrated into their existing environment but allowed them to move to a better cost model and a more efficient process with few exceptions.
