BancTec Executive To Speak At World Financial Symposiums Conference In London

Along with other corporate development executives, Mr. Peplow will discuss how acquisitions can be used for strategic growth, and how technology companies can position themselves to be acquired.
The conference, sponsored by World Financial Symposiums, includes corporate development experts, entrepreneurs and venture capital professionals from companies such as Google and Silicon Valley Bank. The agenda covers presentations on various topics, including the latest trends in mergers and acquisitions; strategies for maximizing valuations; recapitalizing with sleepy debt markets; and building high-value business models.
"The global financial meltdown and ongoing recovery has changed the dynamics of how companies pursue growth through acquisitions, thus altering what smaller firms must do to position themselves if they wish to be acquired," said Peplow.
