A2iA Corp. is pleased to welcome Scott Powers as Business Development Manager, North America. In his new role, Powers will report to Ati Azemoun, Sales Manager, North America, and be responsible for developing and managing relationships within the channel environment in the United States and Canada, as well as establishing new partnerships to support next-generation content management, knowledge management, business process management and check-processing applications.

Powers comes to A2iA with much experience in, and knowledge of, the document processing/document imaging industry. Having worked for many years with Canon U.S.A. in Marketing, Account Management, and ISV Business Development roles, as well as most recently with Visioneer in a Regional Sales Manager position, Powers is experienced in working within the reseller channel. At A2iA, Powers will leverage his industry knowledge to help partners and end-users better understand A2iA's toolkits and how they can be applied in applications that deliver a significant return on investment.
